The aesthetic of this hotel is everything! We loved the convivence of the bar and the pizza! We arrived at the hotel and easily found street parking right by the main entrance. We were greeted by helpful and amazing staff at the front desk. We had asked about parking and they referred us to a garage about a 2 min walk from the hotel with lower rates then street parking. We entered our room to find everything clean and a wonderful little spot to hang out and get ready. We begin to explore DC with easy pick up access for our Uber we were not in the least bit confused. I would stay at Hotel Hive again! I loved the look and staff. PS the bed was super comfy!

I had to work from there and the internet was great from any point! I really appreciate this great connection. Location was great, everything in general is in walking distance from the place. At the same time it is on a quiet street. There is a great supermarket very close by if you need anything. However their pizza is just delicious! Even if you are not sleeping there I recommend visiting it for the pizza. Unfortunately, we had been doubled charged by some reason, but when we raised it they acted immediately, reverted the transaction in a prompt manner, and in general I liked their attitude towards resolving the problem.

The staff was amazing, when I made a mistake with my booking that would have been non-refundable, they found a way to work around it and not have me loose my money: customer service is their absolute priority. I would stay here again if traveling for business or leisure. The minimalist design with the comfy vibe works incredibly well. It's a home away from home type of feeling. But really the biggest praise goes to the staff who were always helpful, never annoyed and just really kind. Ask for a room with a nice view to get the octagonally shaped room that has 6 windows!

Hotel Hive is a true gem in D.C.! The location is incredible, just a short walk from the White House and Lincoln Memorial, which made sightseeing super easy. The hotel has a unique and stylish “Hive” vibe that really sets it apart. I loved the cozy and beautifully designed rooms, and the bathroom essentials had a refreshing Verbena scent, a big plus for me! The rooftop bar offers stunning views of the neighborhood and was a great spot to unwind in the evening. While there’s no on-site parking, the hotel provides a discount code for a parking garage conveniently located just across the street.

Will stay here again! 10/10 vibes and absolutely wonderful staff! Micro-hotel gives tiny living vibes. We were in a king buzz room, so below the bar and noted as a “noisy” room. Honestly, the noise was so minimal. It sounded like moving furniture upstairs in an old house and was usually quiet by 10/1030. The rooftop bar, restaurant and lobby bar were all nice! Drinks were so good! I loved that they offered the craft beers and specialty cocktails. Definitely an experience type of stay.
